What We Stand For
Hare Krishna Public school (HKPS) is founded as a public school in Aligarh in 2008, it is a private Institution runs by the Hare Krishna Society. HKPS is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), which is the largest educational board in the country and is duly recognized by the Department of Education, Govt. of NCT Delhi and the ministry of HRD, Govt of India.
Life at HKPS, centers on a shared commitment to academic excellence, intellectual growth, arts, athletics, and high standards of ethical awareness, sportsmanship, and community service. Depth and variety are added to each student’s life by the school’s traditions.

The spiritual, social and moral values help to promote confidence, direction, and critical thinking skills, leading to the development of well-adjusted, adaptable and integrated personalities. In other words, Hare Krishna Public School offers a comprehensive and holistic education.
Besides being committed to academic excellence and providing an education for all round development, another special characteristic of HKPS is the appreciation of the worth of the individual student. The School is equally committed to the under-represented and less-privileged segments of the population, such as gifted applicants whose parents did not attend school and children with high potential facing difficult financial circumstances.
The school, though wholly autonomous, proudly upholds its founders’ commitment of excellence in all fields, with emphasis on the motto to give and expand knowledge and science with devotion for the supreme personality.
